1. Who is responsible
Mine Swapper: Six Bombs is published by APQART Norbert Czarnek, Poland. We are responsible for personal data you provide when contacting support. You can reach us at contact@apqart.com. This policy covers Mine Swapper: Six Bombs, Saper: Six Bombs and this support website.
2. Data in the game
You can play without an account, including offline. When connected, the app reads shared clues and character dialogue from Google Cloud Firestore and caches it on the device. Requests involve technical connection data, such as an IP address. We do not upload gameplay progress. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not request contacts, location, camera or microphone access.
Sound preferences and unlocked rewards are saved locally on your device. They remain there until they are removed by iOS or you delete the app and its data. Apple device backups may include app data, depending on your Apple settings; we cannot access those backups.
Invited editors use Firebase Authentication with an email address, a password and email verification. We store the account identifier, editor permission and an audit history of clue changes with author identifier and time. Password authentication is handled by Firebase. Account and revision data are used to control access and maintain shared content; they are not used for advertising or gameplay profiling. To request removal of an editor account or information linked to it, contact contact@apqart.com. Accounts remain until removed; change history remains for content maintenance, with author links anonymized when their removal is required.
3. Visiting this website
This website is served by Google Firebase Hosting. When you visit, Google processes connection data, including your IP address, to deliver the website, maintain security and detect abuse. Firebase states that Hosting retains IP data for a few months.
We do not add advertising cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, contact forms or third-party font services. The site does not store a language preference in your browser; the language is determined by the page URL.
4. If you contact support
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use this information to answer your request and investigate the issue. Sending an email is optional and is not required to play.
We process support correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing assistance and keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where required, we also retain information to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any applicable legal requirements. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
5. Providers and international processing
Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, our website hosting provider and email providers process the information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Google may process service data outside your country, including in the United States, using the safeguards described in its Firebase privacy documentation.
6. Your choices and rights
You can stop visiting the website or contact us about information you sent to support. Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights apply where their legal conditions are met.
Send privacy requests to contact@apqart.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We cannot retrieve game data that exists only on your device. No automated decisions or profiling are used by this website or the current game.
7. Younger players
The game is not directed at children and should be used in accordance with its regional App Store age rating. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the game. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its removal.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the game or website changes its data practices. The date above identifies the current policy. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@apqart.com.
